The room was really spacious with good lighting and the bathroom had all the essentials I needed. the breakfast spread was affordable and had something for everyone's taste buds. Checking in was a breeze and the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to help 😀.

We greatly enjoyed high standard room with access to the executive lounge. We had a warm and large breakfast meal with tea or coffee and croissants, for instance at the garden.

We appreciated the hotel, it was recently refurbished and high-class and had ideal location short walk to the restaurant and a good breakfast, terminal 3 and the tram from the south terminal to the North terminal. The room was could be improved if opening window was available and available with antiquated bathrooms, shower.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was quite away from the airport. However, the restaurant was very disappointing and overpriced. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the south terminal was a great advantage for catching an early morning flight.

The cleanliness of the rooms was lacking, with a brown stain on the carpet right outside the bathroom.

The breakfast at Hilton was exceptional, with a wide selection and helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location next to the airport, perfect for a quick stopover. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, especially Terry and Editha in the restaurant. The restaurant, Amy's, was a pleasant surprise with gourmet meals that exceeded our expectations.

The room was stuffy with no option to open the windows, causing discomfort and headaches. The heating was difficult to control, resulting in a hot and poorly ventilated room.

Great airport proximity and very convenient location just a short walk from the terminal. The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. It was especially appreciated that complementary bottled water was provided in the room.

The bathroom sink was poorly designed, which led to water flooding the surrounding area if it wasn't turned on at full blast. There was also a frustrating wait in the breakfast queue and the "grab and go" options were limited.

The hotel's location is one of its best aspects, as it is so close to the terminal and literally on the airport grounds. This makes it incredibly convenient for those with early flights or layovers. Additionally, the hotel is near the South terminal and provides easy access to the Gatwick Railway Station, making transportation to and from London or other destinations very convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable, with our room being in very good condition and sparkling clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, with Vincent at the front desk being particularly knowledgeable and humorous. Furthermore, the hotel facilities were great, with a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby area.

We arrived at the hotel quite late, tired from a long journey. Upon check-in, the friendly receptionist informed us that our room had been upgraded to a spacious suite with a beautiful view. We were thrilled! The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a much-needed restful sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, complete with a luxurious bathtub. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet at the hotel's restaurant, which offered a wide variety of options. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the airport terminal. our stay at the Hilton was comfortable and convenient. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
